Cloud 11 Appoints Paul Sirisant as CEO to Lead the Creation of the First Thai-ASEAN Creator Hub in the Region
Cloud 11, a new hub for the creative industry developed by MQDC (Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited), has announced the appointment of Mr. Paul Sirisant as Chief Executive Officer. He will lead the establishment of a Creative Destination along with the most comprehensive Creative Ecosystem in the country, reinforcing the vision of becoming the center for creators of all kinds in Southeast Asia, supporting the growth of the 45 billion baht content creator market.

"I am excited and honored to be part of the Cloud 11 project. I firmly believe that this will be a hub for creators of all kinds,” Mr. Paul stated. “We are building a perfect ecosystem for creators, ready to support every creative idea and attract collaboration from around the world to push Thailand's creative industry to a global level."
The appointment of Mr. Paul Sirisant strengthens the project as he is a new generation executive with a vision for Thailand's creative industry. His experience spans the music industry, where he previously managed a global record label in Thailand, as well as roles in marketing, entertainment business management, and real estate, gaining recognition as an executive from a creator's perspective.
The Cloud 11 project is designed to meet the needs of creators, from beginners to professionals, with comprehensive facilities including production studios, editing rooms, recording studios, cinemas, theaters, and exhibition spaces. Additionally, Cloud 11 plans to organize various events and programs to promote learning and skill development for creators.
The creative industry in Thailand and ASEAN is rapidly growing, with a combined market value of several billion US dollars, particularly in the content creator and influencer markets worldwide. In Thailand, the industry is experiencing an average annual growth rate of 20-30%, with a continuous upward trend. Cloud 11 is seen as a key player in driving the growth of this industry by developing a Creative Ecosystem to establish itself as a new comprehensive infrastructure hub for the creative industry in Asia.
Mr. Paul Sirisant officially took on the role of CEO of Cloud 11 on May 20, 2025, to lead the development of Asia's Creative Destination and a creative ecosystem designed to empower artists, production companies, and global creative institutions, strengthening Cloud 11 to promote and push the Thai creator industry onto the world stage.
“In the digital world, having effective content is a crucial tool for every organization, from branding to marketing and communication with target audiences. Therefore, many companies are looking for ways to access high-quality and rapid content production. Cloud 11 is a unique solution because we are both an office space and a comprehensive content industry ecosystem. Tenants will have exclusive rights to use studios and facilities throughout the project for professional production, akin to having media production capabilities at their fingertips,” Mr. Paul concluded.

The Cloud 11 project is currently 80% complete, with Mr. Angsa Janya Prasert serving as Project Director alongside Mr. Paul Sirisant, responsible for project management and tenant acquisition, as well as collaborating with creators and entertainment industry partners to utilize the Cloud 11 space.
Prior to joining Cloud 11, Mr. Paul Sirisant held an executive position at Universal Music Group (UMG) and was the founder of Def Jam Thailand.
